My name is Artem and I am a fourth-year student of electrical engineering university. I am cheerful, friendly, easy going and non-smoking person. Always with smile, I am a young Russian student from Belarus and could describe myself as friendly, fun, energetic, outgoing, gentle, honest, tolerant novice traveler.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My friends have been hosting Couchsurfers from different countries for several years and one day I personally chatted with one of them. It was a guy a little older than me and he told that he has traveled for many years with the help of Couchsurfing and he found a lot of new friends. We chatted all evening and honestly it was amazing!
And I decided to try it too!
That's how I came to Couchsurfing =)

Interests

I am very interested in outdoor activities. I have been riding a bicycle since my childhood; rollers, skates and any form of active rest.
Last year my parents gave me a reflex camera and then I began to develop in a new direction for myself -
photography! And now I can Make good foto.
Also I am interested in American Revolutionary War and history of Astronautics, Second World War.
And i like cooking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2013 I took part in a Compak Sporting World Championship in Saint Petersburg. At that time I was a schoolboy and participating in a competition of such level was very important for me.

I can describe my motherland, teach Russian language.
Also I can cook the Belarusian and Russian cuisine.
