About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To recklessly travel through Europe and not live vicariously through others!

ABOUT ME

I'm a character! I'm cool, relaxed, patient, intellectually weird, a bit socially awkward, always in search of someone with a little weirdness, artistic, introspective, and generally an overall pleasant experience waiting to happen.

PHILOSOPHY

If it'll make me sound awesome in my eulogy I should probably go ahead and do it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I accompanied a much more experienced couchsurfer years ago and we met lots of wonderful people in scotland.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It was a great time. You never know how long those brief encounters will live on for. Thanks to social media, who knows how many more lifelong friends I can meet this way.

Interests

Writing, writing, writing. And experiences that inspire writing. And fun people. And a terrible diet.

Music, Movies, and Books

I LOVE siouxsie and the banshees, Nina Hagen, and a slew of other eccentric female vocalists. I'm into all kinds of films, lots of cult films from all over the world. Books -- too many to list.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know, that's all kind of relative I think. I feel like when a friend & I made our friend a birthday t-shirt designed in our blood was kind of amazing, because it took a lot of guts and dedication and uninhibitness. And now he has it hanging on his wall. ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd teach anything you wanna learn, granted if I know what you're asking me. I'd like to learn about subtle cultural differences, different cultures are conditioned to interpret things a certain way, and I'm interested by these changes.
