Making new connections and trying to see how locals live when I'm abroad... or share tips with travelers visiting The Netherlands/Costa Rica. I appreciate the "local touch" more than the traditional touristic approach.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

-Hitchhiking trip to Tikal, Mayan ruins in Guatemala.
-Staying with some indigenous community, participating in their daily activities.
-Driving and camping - sleeping in a van along the Canary Islands, in the Nordics each summer the past years and big part of 2024 i was on the road too.
-Backpacking in Iran - one of my favorite places ever.
-Volunteer work - I have worked with refugees, gave language classes to children in rural communities, empowered local businesses in LATAM, suppoted elderly in NL, and currently supporting migrant kids- Helping and engaging with people is in my core.
