About Me

Keen traveller, a jolly fellow. Born 1993. Likes people and coffee. Works as English teacher, studies music.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Started the account couple years ago but haven't been very active through that period. Now I have conditions to actually host people in Gdańsk. Therefore as I get quite lots of requests, if you wanna ask for my availability please write 'hablababla' in your request, which increases your chances from 8 to 11 times :p

Interests

I am a proper music geek and can talk for hours, discussing different bands or artists, sharing and discovering all sorts of stuff. Also if you're a musician, at any level of development, and would like to jam together, let's do it! ;)

Besides I'm quite much into literature, philosophy (used do do it at the university but had no persistance to finish... hopefully I will at some point ;)), arts and independent cinema.

As all of couchsurfers probably I'm very excited about travelling and meeting new people from around the world (the coolest part of it!). I'm constantly amazed by the brilliance of human/cultural diversity that you are exposed to while being out of your comfort zone. I am trying to switch off the expectations that tie you to old patterns so I could fully enjoy the new and unknown ;)

Love spending time outside, walking, just wandering through the cities and nature. I climb a little bit as well. Last but not least, I'm a frisbee fan.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

modest by nature

Teach, Learn, Share

I can play the guitar and a bit of bass, so if you're in need of musical tutoring I offer my help with pleasure. I do English teaching for a living, although I doubt that most of the CS people need any help in this field :) From my experience as you start hanging out with a person you just got to know it quickly turns out both of you have plenty of experiences/knowledge to share with each other, and there's certainly some mutual teaching factor in it as well.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A good company, regardless of your temper and preferences. If you are into staying late nights hanging out - perfect. If you prefer your surfers to explore the city/do stuff on their own - that's equally perfect. Also I'll be happy to host you back in my flat in norhern Poland, the very heart of Baltic bay.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, England, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, Romania

Countries I’ve Lived In
