I am Arun from Sweden. Born and raised in India but now Sweden is my new home. I am very social person and like reading book and traveling. Traveling to new places, meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, traditions and cuisines gives the stimulation that makes me feel alive!!!

On professional front, I work as a Production Technology Manager in a Sweden based MNC. In my free time I like to be outdoors...running, walking, hiking in nature or biking...water sports like swimming, kayaking or SUP is equally appealing to me.

Traveling is one of my profound interest that I had not been able to pursue earlier but now I can. I like traveling, exploring new places, cultures, traditions and cuisines.

I like all genre all music but is more inclined to soft rock. Some of my popluar music bands are Scorpions, Coldplay. I like songs by Adele, ED Sheraan.

In movies, I like thrillers like Now You See Me 1 & 2, Actions like Foreigner and Comedy series like Grown Ups.

Some books that i really enjoyed reading are Shrimad Bhagwat Gita, The Goal, Critical Chain

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I completed a very difficult trekking course in Shimla, India by running in 9 minutes. At the start of the course it says if you can do it in 30 minutes, then you are fit.

I was selected for a 2 month United Nations Sustainable Development Goals project in Yekaterinburg, Russia.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer my guest good hospitality with good food, place to stay, bed for rest and a city tour.
