Hi! I'm Arya, a 24 years old physiotherapist and musician. I love traveling, meeting new people, discovering new cultures and languages, animals, and doing sports. I've been playing chess since I was 7, and as a licensed chess player, I've won various awards. Around the same age, I began to take an interest in art, influenced by my parents. I've worked in many areas, such as charcoal drawing, oil painting, sculpture, and marbling art. In high school, I discovered my passion for music. I've been actively performing on stage since I was 15. During my university years, I focused on academics for 4 years. Last year, I graduated with high honors from the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation program. I've completed 4 Erasmus programs and 1 volunteer project. I dedicated the last year to traveling, and I'm very excited about my future travel plans!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Even though I have traveled to many countries, I haven't had a lot of Couchsurfing experiences before. I'm here to have more meaningful experiences with Couchsurfing in my future travels and to get a closer look at the culture and people of the places I visit. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I changed schools to participate in a music competition held across Turkey. In the end, I made it to the finals and won first place in the Best Female Vocalist category. I can say it was the happiest moment of my life. :)
