About Me

Hello all! Thanks for reading my profile bit!

My names Asa and I'm from the UK, currently living in London but looking to get away for the indefinite future to explore, wander and hopefully meet some amazing new people out there in the big wide world! Leaving my job next month to pursue the endeavour!

Formerly lived in Finland, India and the US but would like to add some more places to the expanding list

I'm a calm, chilled soul who loves a deep meaningful conversation. Well mannered and always honest.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'll be wandering around Europe for the forseable future, heading right from the South of France and attempting to do it on a shoestring with my tent in tow.

I'll mainly be working at sites from WorkAway but it'd be cool if anyone in the local areas wants to either hang out or, possibly, you may have a place to crash whilst I'm hiking to my next location!

Either way, would be cool to meet some folk for adventures of any kind!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is all over the place! I like anything and everything from grunge to jazz, classical to drum and bass! I love creating Lo-Fi and boom bap hiphop beats in my spare time.

Not an avid movie watcher as of late, last thing I watched was Bladerunner 2049 and Little Miss Sunshine, loved them both!

Last book I read was by Eckhart Tolle and I love a bit of both Alan Watts and Terence McKenna

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Critically analysing my life here! Haha probably designing music for The Edinburgh Fringe Festival or teaching children how to speak English abroad.

I know it's two things but it's hard to choose!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach and share:

- English
- IT stuff (I can fix your computer if it's broken!)
- Anything to do with music production, especially Ableton!
- Some interesting stories
- A wicked sense of humour
- Honesty
- I pretty much share everything, so lets share something/anything/everything together!

I'd love to learn:

- How to perform Yoga and possibly meditation
- Another language, maybe starting with French
- How to cook great vegetarian/vegan food
- About other peoples best music choices
