About Me
Hello!
I'm from Melbourne, Australia. What's my biggest passion in life? The answer is easy, travelling. Why? Well the answer to that is much harder.
In a nutshell I get a thrill like no other when I step into a new city just waiting to get explored. I love finding new restaurants, bars, museums, parks and hidden treasures in the cities I visit!
But even more than that, I love meeting people from around the world. I find it so fascinating talking to new people and learning about their culture and life at home. I'm always up for a deep conversation about politics, books, food and which new part of the world I need to discover next. And I've found that the best conversations happen with people you met just a few minutes before while travelling.
Also FYI, I'm a vegetarian foodie.....so the awesome experience of meeting new people is doubled when I'm ripping into a mushroom burger or a bowl of Hummus.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
As I mentioned above, the best parts of travelling are meeting new people and discovering the best parts of cities.
Couchsurfing offers up the best of both worlds. I get to meet new people who happen to be locals and can show me the parts of a city that I could never discover on my own!

Fav movies: Gee this is hard, my list changes every week! At the moment I would say the Lord of the Rings trilogy, God Father I and II and the Lion King and Prince of Egypt (because of nostalgia of course)
Harry Potter series, anything by Ken Follet and just a million more
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 18, I lived in Israel for a year where I spent 4 months living in Jerusalem learning at a Jewish academy, 2 months on a kibbutz working and 4 months living in Acre, volunteering in a Jewish/Arab school
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share all my travel experiences, my love of vegetarian food and of course, a good conversation!
