ABOUT ME

We finished a year long trip around the world in June of 2010. We left Seattle on August 2009 and road tripped through the US, visiting Washington, Idaho, Oregon, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New York, Vermont, and Massachusetts. Internationally we went to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, India, Egypt, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Germany and Iceland. We had a wonderful time staying with people around the world and would love to give back to couchsurfing by hosting some people in Boston. If you're visiting the area we definitely hope you consider staying with us. We love meeting new people! We also love to hike and we've been to most National Parks in the US. Most recently we went out to Acadia National Park in Maine. But if you want to go on a hike while you're visiting, let us know - there are plenty of hikes close within the city.

PHILOSOPHY

We are frugal and simple people. We enjoy quiet activities but also like to get out and see the places we visit. We'd rather visit with people than see museums although we do like learning about places and reading history of the places we visit.

Hiking, camping, backpacking, outdoor activities of any kind. We love most games, especially Scrabble. We like to read, but also enjoy movies and the occasional TV show on DVD.

We got married last year in Vermont! After living together for five years and traveling all over the world we took the plunge and decided to get married! It's been great so far!
