About Me
CURRENT MISSION
What seems most important is trying to be the change I want to see, and to make my fiancé and family feel loved, appreciated and happy all life.
ABOUT ME
I grew up in Copenhagen, Denmark, but I have since started a journey - trying to make sense and find 'my thing'. For now I can tell that I have traveled and met so many nice people with whom I've shared good times and interesting work.
On my trip to Wales I helped a family build their "hobbit house" in a new eco-village called Lammas(.org.uk) and my time there really opened my eyes - I never imagined that I'd meet so many different, interesting and open minded people sharing certain point of views on environment etc.
It was while traveling I became aware of CS which seems like a really cool concept. I'm hoping to host some people at some point in the future and tell stories and exchange experiences and knowledge.
I have recently been doing voluntary work in Sweden where I worked on rebuilding and restoring an 140 year old traditional timber farm house.
There I met my fiancé with whom I'm sharing this life with.
Here's a link to some photos of the build in Pembrokeshire, Wales: http://s964.photobucket.com/albums/ae129/Bjoern12345/My%20trip%20to%20Lammas%20in%20Pembrokeshire%20Wales/?start=all
I'm new to CS and I'm hoping to do loads of it. Sounds a lot better than just sleeping in my tent or on the street.
I'm looking forward to meet many people.
All the best- Asbjoern
PHILOSOPHY
Just because the path is well beaten doesn't mean that you're on the right track.
I believe that we need change. More awareness about the environment, combining vision and action in order to overcome the impact we've come to have on this stunningly beautiful planet.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Volunteering in Wales was one of the best times of my life. Soo many loving people with whom I shared low impact building experiences with along with many a cozy campfire nights. You know, one of those experiences you look back on that makes you smile and feel happy and grateful for life and all it's simple pleasures.
And my time in Sweden helping rebuild a 140 year old timber farmhouse was a fantastic time, and I fell in love there. Deep true love.
