ABOUT ME

**I'm currently abroad in Europe and will not return until July 11th.**

I've lived in the Seattle area my whole life, but I've always loved to travel and meet new people. I won't lie, I can be a little shy - but don't think I don't want to get to know you! I just get a little tongue-tied around new people. Also, I'm a vegetarian (no meat, no fish, but yes for eggs and milk - I love cheese!).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I'm in college right now, I don't really have the available space for someone to come stay, but I'd love to show someone around Seattle if they need a guide!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No CouchSurfing experience yet, although I've done plenty of homestays on choir tours and they've always been incredibly fun! I've always preferred homestays to hotels on choir tours because that's when I feel like you really meet people and learn about life in a different country.

Interests

My three primary occupations are reading/writing, singing, and geeking out over stuff on the internet. Also, I have a serious case of Anglophilia.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite musical artist is unquestionably Jónsi, but I also love Florence & The Machine, The Dodos, Owl City, Louis XIV, The Killers, and The Strokes.

My favorite TV show is Supernatural, but other high contenders are BBC's Sherlock, Castle, House and LOST. My favorite movie is How To Train Your Dragon. My favorite movie that does not involve animated dragons is The Social Network.

Trying to choose a favorite book is like trying to choose a favorite food out of every dish in the world, but I do have a certain love for anything by Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman, John Green or MT Anderson. And of course, I adore Harry Potter.
