About Me

CURRENT MISSION

See what sees me back.

ABOUT ME

Hey! I'm very outgoing, sociable, and curious. I'm studying creative writing and digital media at NYU which is fun...What else? I was raised by a Jewish mother, so my manners are impeccable!

PHILOSOPHY

Openness, with thought and action. Creativity and logic (sometimes?) I believe that we all have our reasons for being here, but one reason that we all share is to travel in every way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed in Berlin, Paris, and Berne, and all of those experiences have been wonderful. I'm so looking forward to hosting my first surfers when I move back to New York City this summer.

Interests

Books, but film and television and music...(whoa I like music and tv how interesting!) but really I do.

I spend time with friends and traveling...lots o'traveling at the moment.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: American Beauty, Hedwig & the Angry Inch, The Dark Knight
Music: Alt/folk, Rock, Mostly anything independent...favorite bands at the moment include Head & the Heart, Blind Pilot, Fleet Foxes, and Bon Iver.
Books: Contemp. lit at the moment, I guess.

I love sharing film/music/lit!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first time my breath was taken was at Machu Picchu...I hate to offer a cliché, but clichés are clichéd for a reason, I think. Next, I would say galloping a horse in the Rocky Mountains. That first run was so powerful I became a seasonal worker at that dude ranch in Colorado, my home away from home. And to FULLY answer the question, I'd say my third "awe-striking moment" would have to be my first weekend living abroad in London, which feels like one blurred second, in the most fantastic way possible.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a gay jew from America, so I'm sure I have some stories to share, as you do. I'm a student, so teach me stuff!

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Cuba, Italy, Peru, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
