My name is Asfar Khan. I am a Photographer, Cinematographer, and Video Editor—wearing many creative hats. I am fortunate to possess a deep and relentless curiosity, which drives me to constantly learn, explore, and grow from the world around me. I consider this curiosity a blessing, as I believe it will ultimately guide me toward a passion or career path that truly inspires me, leading to both personal fulfillment and professional success.

Currently, I am living and working in Saudi Arabia as a Safety Engineer in Saudi Aramco's Contractor Company.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

On January 27, 2017, I was watching a TEDx talk titled How to Travel the World with No Money by Tomislav Perko, the author of 1000 Days of Spring. During the talk, I learned about Couchsurfing, which struck me as an incredibly innovative idea. It opened my eyes to the possibility of traveling across the globe while connecting with new people, receiving their support with accommodation, and immersing myself in different cultures along the way.
