About Me

I'm young, multicultural and grew up in little, secluded, Denmark.
I've previously been in Japan for a year as a volunteer and 6 months in Paris to find work.
I'm trying to enjoy myself as much as possible and do things I wouldn't normally have the opportunity to do. This usually involves meeting interesting people form other countries and sharing cultures with one another.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

During the years I've become more and more obsessed with traveling and meeting new people. I guess I've become more aware of the amazing potential you can find in people you've never met before - especially if you keep a good attitude and an open mind.
This is also the reason why I love the open-mindedness that Couchsurfing embraces and promotes. It appeals to my adventurous side as well as being a perfect way to find new friends!

Interests

Music, skateboarding, traveling, people, partying, languages and lots of other things that I can't think of right now.

They change frequently.

Music, Movies, and Books

I usually listen to slightly experimenting branches of rap, rock and electronic music - or a mix of them. That's not to say that I don't like anything else. (My taste in music is pretty eclectic)
By the way, when I say electronic it's more in the directions of New Order or Death Grips.

As for movies, the genre doesn't really matter as long as it's not a shitty Hollywood production. I don't want to feel my brain drying out for two hours. :)

I don't read.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's not Bungee jumping or climbing Mt. Everest but I personally think it's amazing. - and that's what counts!
I've been partaking in an intercultural voluntary exchange where I was working in Japan at different projects as part of the staff. The work varied a lot and I got to experience Japanese culture from the inside while also sharing my own cultural background.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can help you with English and Danish (not that anyone wants to learn Danish) and I'm always ready to speak about life and whatever idiotic topic comes up.
Furthermore, I'm probably going to do a lot of sightseeing so if you have any cool suggestions I'm all ears! - You're obviously welcome to tag along!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm usually pretty outgoing so I'm up for basically anything that you can think of! Most importantly, I'm not only coming for a place to stay but also to make new friends.
The purposes of my travels are usually to learn of the culture, learn the language and contribute positively to the locals' views on foreigners.

Looking forward to meet you! :)
