About Me

Grew up in Melbourne Australia, completed High School, just finishing off 5 months travel in the Middle East, particularly in Israel. Heading to Eastern Europe for 5-6 weeks with a few friends, and really keen to meet the locals and see the local insight into the cities, rather than the tourist perspective.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couch surfing to meet the local people, and of course to avoid paying stupid tourist rates on hostels and Air bnb! also looking to meet cool people all over the world, and to learn about the culture and history of each place i go to.

Interests

I love sport, but also travelling, language and in particular history! I also really enjoy hiking and discovering new places both natural and man-made.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

spent 5 months travelling and learning in the Middle east, became fluent in Hebrew while i was at it.

Teach, Learn, Share

want to learn as much as i can, about all the places i visit. able to teach much about the middle east, both politically and on a factual level. Can even teach a little bit of Hebrew!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Me and my mates are a funny bunch, loving having a beer and having a laugh with anyone we meet! Can also share much about the "Australian ideology", not taking ourselves too seriously and just trying to make the most out of everything!

Countries I’ve Visited

Czech Republic, Egypt, England, Hungary, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Slovenia, South Africa, Thailand

Countries I’ve Lived In
