I'm from Portland, OR and have always wanted to travel around the world. I've visited one country and about 25 states from traveling cross country 3 times.

I'm currently planning a trip to Europe for all of March 2020. I'm planning to fly to Amsterdam and from there go on to visit Denmark, Germany, France, back to Netherlands for a week each. I'm excited to meet new people, explore unknown places, and see more than I have in the US.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've used Couchsurfing while driving cross country and loved every part of it. I met loads of great people and have made friends by hosting them myself.

I currently don't host since I have limited space now but hopefully I will be able to some point in the future.

I want to use Couchsurfing while in Europe to spend time with locals who can show me their favorite places and hidden gems.

兴趣

Music and movies. I love coffee and food. I enjoy meeting new people and finding new places to go and walking the city until I know it like the back of my hand.

I'm a huge fan of live music and will go out of my way to see a band I love. I usually attend a concert once a month and buy tickets months in advance.

As for books and movies, I don't spend much time on since I love being able to be up and moving around. I am a fan of Camus and Vonnegut and a have a guilty pleasure for 80's films.
