Wannabe nomad. Just returned from travelling the world, exploring new cultures, food and parties! Since quitting my job in the corporate world a few years ago, i've been on the road since -visiting Kenya, Rwanda, Ethopia, Cuba, Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, and finishing the trip running a guesthouse in Thailand.

I am a born and bred Londoner, and am currently in search of a new place to 'settle down' (whatever that is!)

As a wannabe gypsy, I am looking to meet local people whilst saving money (sorry!), have the opportunity to have a local guide and hear about all the insider secrets about places i visit.

I absolutely love meeting new people (and their friends), and learning how they live, and I think couchsurfing provides me with an avenue to do this - I've made some lifelong friends on here, and hopefully will continue to do so.

I have a strange interest in colonisation, and would love to know more about how people feel about it and of they have any history they can share.

I can teach you some burlesque moves or how to cook vegetarian food.

And i can share all my hilarious and outrageous stories from my travels and life, believe me some will leave absolutely gobsmacked (im a very animated storyteller)!
