ABOUT ME

HI! Finally got around to filling out my profile properly in the hope that someone out there might lend me a hand at some point on my travels! Like i said above, i haven't been to university yet as i'm still taking some time to travel and come to some kind of conclusion about what a would like to study :D Takes a while doesn't it! But i think i've figured out that I want to study film and television next year in Melbourne so thats a pretty solid plan for the moment which is kind of a big deal for me :D... happy days...

More to the point.. I'd describe myself as 'fun-loving and outgoing' but thats silly so i'm going to go with 'happy to be alive'

PHILOSOPHY

I like being happy and positive because I think its the best way even if there are so many reasons not to be. I'd like to help make positive change in the world and i'll always do what I can to be the best person I can be.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm just getting involved but know many friends who have benefited and fallen in love with the project.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only have one couchsurfing experience so far and that was only through a friend who was already involved with the project! I went to meet her in Barcelona and she told me she was 'CouchSurfing' with a guy called Edward. She asked him if i could stay as well and he was cool with it. He was a great, easy-going guy who had travelled plenty himself and took some time to show us his beautiful city. CouchSurfing seemed like a pretty great idea after that one experience!

I am interested in experiencing different cultures and learning as much as i can about the history of different places i visit. I love sport, all sport. I like painting and sketching and writing and reading. I enjoy being around people, meeting different people and talking and joking.
