关于我
I'm Ameer Sharifzadeh Tabares. I was born and raised in the wonderful city of Atlanta, Georgia, but as you might be able to tell from my name, I'm half-Persian and half-Colombian. With such a culturally diverse upbringing, I love experiencing new cultures and meeting new people from around the world. Despite a busy schedule I've found there's always a way to make travel happen, and I hope to meet you in either Chicago or on an upcoming trip.
我为什么加入 Couchsurfing
It's not just a way to travel cheaper, it's a way to travel with richer experiences by meeting local people. My most memorable experiences abroad have been with the people I've met along the way and not at museums, cathedrals, etc.

I would love to cook you a meal. There's a particular dish that I've made in several countries for my hosts that I would love to make for you. It's called ghormeh sabzi, which is one of the most traditional Persian dishes (I'm half-Persian).
