I am currently an undergrad student studying at the National University of Singapore.

I love travelling because it opens up the mind and you see things in a different way. Perceptions change and the mind matures. A simply wonderful feeling.

I am a straightforward person and I value honesty a lot. I am quite trusting of people, but I can be unforgiving should the trust be broken. I am friendly and I love talking to people about life experiences, travelling experiences, news and major events happening in the world.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life with no regrets. If you keep hesitating, you will never get things done. If you say that you are going to do something, do it. Don't wait, or it may be too late.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I usually host only during my university vacations, but I may make exceptions depending on my availability. I am usually game for meetings and hanging out with people, as long as I feel that you are genuinely interested in making friends, and not just out to get a free tour guide.I believe in giving back, so when I host, I do it to the best I can. I would rather do quality hosting than quantity hosting. If you are accepted to be my guest, you will be very well taken care of, that I can assure you. If you get to be my guest, count yourself lucky. I will not reveal my vacation periods, just for the fun of it. :)I ask for nothing when I host, apart from the basic manners and respect that all civilised people should have. In the end, I will be very happy if a lasting friendship was forged out of this.I will couchsurf whenever I can, because I like the concept very much, but sometimes, depending on who I am travelling with, it is not always convenient. But still, I love this. :)

This is such a great concept. Nothing is more rewarding than living with locals and learning about their culture. Couchsurfing provides a very important channel to experience something that tour groups and traditional travel cannot offer.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I semi-backpacked Italy alone when I was 20. Had the most wonderful experience and the only regret I have is not staying longer. I learnt a lot about myself and also experienced a new culture and saw the most wonderful works of art. Laura Pausini's concert at the Arena di Verona on 29th June 2009 was simply breathtaking.

I did a 31-day Europe backpacking tour of 10 cities in April/May 2010. I met the most friendly and amazing people ever. And I saw so much. It was extremely memorable and fun.
