I enjoy exploring although I am more on the introverted side. But, if the conversation is about psychology, philosophy, history or politics, I will be totally into it more than probably anybody.

I am pretty decent singer. Also, play a few chords. Currently, I am trying to write a little bit as well. Short stories, snippets, articles mostly.

Overall, I would say I am an easy going person (in my opinion and some others as well) and mostly open to experiences and suggestions unless I had already done it and disliked it. I also like to think that I am very straightforward and direct, but not in a rude manner.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I will be in Europe from 2019 to 2021 and I intend to travel in this period extensively. I have traveled a bit before but in a touristy fashion which is not how I want to do it.

So, the aim is to get to know new people from different countries wherever I go. This is where my presence in Couchsurfing comes in. Also, I have to travel on a budget and if I could save a couple of bucks in accommodation and do something interesting with that, that would benefit me personally a lot.

I am not currently hosting, although I would love to. The reason I cannot host is that I am living in student residence and there isn't really any room for any person here.

#I like almost all kind of music. And this changes all the time. Some examples of musicians I have been into in the past: Queen, Def Leppard, Led Zeppelin, Sixto Rodriguez, Bob Dylan

#I don't watch movies that much anymore. But, I have watched a lot of classics, several years ago. Some of my favorite movies have been: Good Will Hunting, Boyhood, Bird Man.

#I mostly read non fictions. Pop psychology and historical memoirs. But, I really like Russian novelists> Leo Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Solzhenitsyn. But, in general, I read about everything that I am dealing with. If I am having relationship problems, I will read everything that I will think to be good to deal with that. So, that way I have read a lot of stuff that I don't even remember right now.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was stuck in the middle of a lake once, on a boat during thunderstorm. I saw around 100 lightning within 500 meters of me. It was late at night. But when a lighting strikes, everything was becoming clear as a sunny day for a split second. I thought that was pretty amazing.

I don't know what would be valuable. I guess I could share things that I have read or have experienced. Learning from those experiences.
