I couchsurfed once in Dar es Salaam and had a great experience. I'm hopeful to continue this experience.

Interests

I love to stay busy! I absolutely HATE television and believe its a complete waste of time. I just graduted and am working fulltime in an assisted living facility for people with disabilities. Helping other people fulfills me and brings much joy to my life. Along that same vein..I love to volunteer. I volunteer as a camp counselor for kids with cancer, work in our local food bank, and am volunteering in Africa for a month in September, working in an orphanage.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently traveled to Tanzania and spent a month working in Nkoaranga Orphanage. It was the most amazing thing I've ever done. I was fortunate enough to meet amazing people from all over the world. It only increased my desire to travel the world and experience things people only dream of.
