ABOUT ME

Hello hello, my name is Ashlee. I am new to this and usually don't couch surf or haven't in the past. I am currently living in Singapore and supporting myself by working in advertising while running my own social media marketing company.

Sea, water, rain, trails, mountains - these are my favorite activities when I'm free! I dream of learning how to surf.

Vegetarian but struggling, Asia is tough!

Oh, and I'm queer.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been to the eastern coast when I was younger, I lived in the forest in new mexico for fun for a couple of weeks. It was the best decision ever, I practiced self sustainable living while I was out there with a bunch of environmentalists and scientists. Um...I also went to champaign Illinois and got to attend a conference at the college out there that was really amazing. It consisted of mostly lawyers, professors, doctors, and scientists discussing environmental issues with agriculture.

Teach, Learn, Share

While I have been going to school I did some interesting research on crossbreeding plants. Its really nerdy but in doing so, we learned that crops can reproduce on their own by crossbreeding them with self sustaining wild plants. Other than that I am an amazing cook, I love to cook. I experienced it quite a bit when I lived in Kansas because there aren't restaurants to go to in the town that I lived in so you had to get creative.
