On the 18th birthday I dropped out of uni and got a one way flight to Thailand, it’s been nearly 5 years since then and I’ve not looked back. I’ve travelled through south east Asia, India, Nepal, England, Netherlands, France, the US, Mexico, centra and South America and I’ve lived in Laos, Honduras, New Zealand and all over Australia. I’m in love with experiencing new cultures and meeting new and different types of people from all walks of life. I’ve met some really awesome people through CouchSurfing in the limited time I’ve been using it, it’s been a really great!!

I’ve found that compared to staying in hostels you get a much deeper insight into a new place through CouchSurfing, and every person I’ve meet so far has helped my broaden my perspective or learn about a different way to live or think.
