ABOUT ME

My name is Ashleigh. I work as a home-based therapist with children and their families. I am working towards becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I play roller derby on a local team. I love to read and listen to music. I write poetry sometimes and once day hope to write a novel or two. I am passionate about people and life, and always try to look at the positive sides of things. I am also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, I served as a Community Health Advisor in Malawi from 2010-2011. I left service early to start graduate school.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I lived in a rural village in Malawi, SE Africa for 14 months while serving in the US Peace Corps. I worked with a community center helping run vaccination clinics, educate the community, malaria and HIV education and prevention, among other things.
