I am fairly new to couch surfing - I am living in Spain for the third time and have been an English Language Assistant in Coruña for two of them. I studied abroad in Madrid in 2016 and fell in love with Spain! I look forward to couchsurfing while living in Spain, but I'm also looking forward to meeting people in the area for language exchanges, sight seeing, traveling, etc.!

When I studied abroad I stayed in Hostels - which was scary at first for me! I absolutely loved meeting other travelers and hearing there stories. Now I'd like to try Couchsurfing for the same experience and more! I would love to stay with hosts who can offer me ideas of where to go to visit, see, party, eat, etc. besides the usual "Top 10 things to do in X". I love hearing about the culture/city/etc. that I am in from locals or people who have lived there - it gives me a better idea of what there is! I am passionate about traveling so the more friends I have around the world, the better!

I left everything I ever knew and felt comfortable with, moved half-way across the world alone to a country where I hardly spoke the language! Learned the language and living here still ;)
