I'm Ashley, I'm 24. From Australia, I am now living and working in Tokyo. I love to meet new people and learn about different cultures and I also love languages. My French is pretty good (as is my English!) and I am now trying to improve my Japanese. One day I would also like to learn Indonesian, Russian and Spanish. I am always open to a language exchange or just meeting up for coffee!

I love to travel to different places and to meet new people. I want to see places through more than a tourist's eyes and like the idea of interacting with locals. For me travelling is as much about the people you meet as the places you go.

Musica, film e libri

My favourite book is probably the Count of Monte Cristo or maybe A Tale of Two Cities, but I love to read all kinds of books and frequently. I also love movies, can't think of a favourite. Music, I like mostly anything.

I walked the Camino de Santiago from St Jean Pied de Port in France all the way across Spain to Fisterra. An over 800km walk and the most amazing experience of my life (so far)!

I love to help people who are learning English and I think I am good at this as I am very interested in grammar! For anybody who wants to learn about Australia, I can tell you all about it.
