About Me
Hello! I've just finished a graduate degree in theology and have a three month gap before work in September. Some of my family lives in Europe (my mother is half-Portuguese, half-Belgian), so I decided to move here for the summer to explore, to enjoy, to work a bit.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I need places to stay in the gaps between being with family-- and would like to meet people: two birds with one stone.
Interests
I love living robustly, or as Henry David Thoreau said "to suck the marrow out of life." While he went to the woods to this, the cultural crannies of Europe are currently my haven; these include the opera, cafes, museums, theatre, parks, bookstores, churches, tea houses, cemeteries..
