Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One of my greatest desires in life is to connect with other people on a genuine basis, whatever shape that takes. I would love to see your city through the eyes of someone who sees it on the daily. Total immersion, ftw!

Interests

I'm interested in everything, I have mastered nothing. Aside from writing, my interests shift from moment to moment. I'm a big fan of learning anything and everything. If I can tell someone loves what they're telling me about, I'll fall in love with it too – at least for a moment.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste is everywhere. Nothing is off limits. Folk, indie, alt rock, country, rock, dupstep, hip hop. I love it all.

For books, I love memoirs and the occasional piece of fiction. Opposite of Loneliness by Marina Keegan has been a favorite of mine for about a year. Most of my reading comes in the form of news publications.

I can dig a good rom com and a vintage horror flick just the same. Sweet Home Alabama and the original Amityville Horror are a long-time couple favorites.
