I’m from Canada and have lived there my whole life. I was getting sick of the Canadian winters( -35 degrees Celsius!) and therefore wanted a change in scenery so I applied for an AUS work holiday visa. However, before settling in AUS, I booked a one way ticket to SE Asia. For the past 4.5 months, I’ve been solo travelling this beautiful part of the world. My next adventure in AUS begins in June and I’m excited to see what the land down under has to offer!

I want to build a social network in Brisbane by making new friends with locals and other people on work holiday visas. I also think staying with a couch surfing member would be the perfect way to learn the ins and outs of the city.
