Hiiiii there, so I have to summarize myself in a few words, challenge accepted!

My name's Ashley, I was born in London but my parents kept travelling a lot so here I am now studying in Paris. Currently in my 6th year in Medicine plus a master degree in Neuroscience, I live near my university in the latin quarter.

Growing up between nature, sports, music, books and love, my mother usually says I’m a lovely little boy!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used to meet lots of people when I was travelling, and tell everybody I found nice and kind to come visit me in Paris one day, that I could be their host and we could hang out! Then we stay in contact via Facebook and you might be surprised but I've seen more than half of them..

Now that I have discovered CS, I think it won't change a lot to what I was already doing, expect for the fact that I now have thousands of new friends to meet 🙃

Interests

Everything in which body or mind is stimulated.

Practicing Muay thai, Surf and Dance, I also re discover the love of photography with the old film camera of my grand father. I have quite a huge collection of old camera but my partner in crime is a vintage Polaroid and shoot every moment of my life with it 🎞

I'm passing the rest of my time listening to music discovering new styles from electronic to classic, tasting food, drinking wine and beer and travelling whenever I have the occasion :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmm.. If I can choose one and only one.. I've been to Indonesia in 2014, and after climbing the Rinjani Mountain (by the way you have to see some photos of this beautiful volcano and its warm water) for 4 days, I went diving a bit around Gili Island and swam in circle with 3 big turtles and nearly touch the fin of a 8 meter whale shark, I got goosebumps just writing this down 🐋

I actually teach a bit of English to children I baby sit but I'm better at French, would be a pleasure to teach you some words by the way! ☝🏽
