I enjoy company, Love to travel (when I can)
I love learning about people, and languages.
I study Linguistics and Geological sciences at Ohio State University, I have pets, I love being active and showing people you don't really need THAT much sleep.
I enjoy vegan food.

PHILOSOPHY

I was put on this earth to learn about my surroundings, and teach to others my insights. I also hope to learn more about myself in this process of getting to know other people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love showing people/prospective students around my campus. I grew up with Ohio State being in my backyard, and I feel I am a pretty good ambassador. Well... for the most part!

First guest: 5/20/08. Good guy. Trustworthy. Very cute!

Second guest: AWESOME! Had a blast the whole weekend! Trustworthy and clean!

Intereses

SNOWBOARDING(is my passion beyond belief), mineral/rock collecting (yes for real) surfing (6'1'' byrne), skateboarding (sometimes) long and short boards, painting, studying, reading, biking, hiking, camping, cooking (vegan), knitting, sewing, Xstitching, anything crafty, gardening, walking, watching movies, cleaning...brewing kombucha and beer, I love clothing, and individuals who aren't afraid to wear what they like... I usually enjoy everything... but bowling. I don't like that.

Música, películas y libros

I enjoy mostly classic rock, jungle drum and bass, and sometimes a little break-beat action. I will venture into pop VERY RARELY... but I have my moments. Not really a rap or country fan.
I love old horror movies! (minus aliens) Mostly zombies or anything horribly awesome to poke fun at.
Books.... anything but romance novels with Fabio-type guys on the front. I always have a book or two I am in the process of reading.

I've seen Alaska, and it was AWESOME!
I'm not sure what my most amazing thing would be...Geology field trips I suppose. Or just snowboarding out West!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Gardening, knitting, sewing, ANYTHING crafty! I love to talk about geology, and I love learning about things OTHER THAN philosophy, sociology or psychology. In other words, I'm pretty heavy on the science thing... But I will always listen to you if you like talking about the pseudo-sciences :D
Also: cooking related topics, story telling... which I hope to get better at.
