I love the outdoors; climbing, hiking, skiing, kayaking, canoeing, you name it. Always ready for an adventure. I love meeting new people and the outdoors have been a fantastic way to do that. I also love to cook!

I have been wanting to travel for about 4 years, but an injury has prevented me. It's finally the time to hit the road and I absolutely can't wait!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Embarking on a bit of a travel adventure and Couchsurfing seems like a great way to connect with people. Whether it be sharing a great meal together, going for a walk or a hike, or sitting down over a tea/coffee, the chance to share ideas and stories is what life is about.

Music - mostly listen to folk/indie/alt rock/classic rock, but really enjoy jazz, blues and anything you can salsa to.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rebuilt the stern of a 32' wooden sail boat I was living on, only using wooden fasteners.
