I am sweet natured garden nerd. I can talk for hours about plants, healthy soil and all things sustainable in the garden. I am on an adventure of self discovery and self sufficiency, learning as much about myself and sustainable land practices as I possibly can. I have a wonderful life living by the beach with my sweetheart of 3 years and growing as much food and community as I can possibly handle. I am a busy busy gal but look for retreat and fun wherever I can find it. Lover of Tea, lettuces, beets, goat cheese and Kombucha, I am definitely a granola but I get along with people from all walks of life. Always looking for the good in the world.

I am traveling this summer to Colorado for a Permaculture Certification Course and would like to have an option of crashing on someones couch or even in their backyard. Its always more fun to travel somewhere and meet the locals too, they know all the hidden gems :)

I like anything from Mason Jennings, Andrew Bird, Sufjan Stevens to even Beyonce and Taylor Swift. I have my guilty pleasures when it comes to hip hop but really appreciate a musician who does crazy things with music and evokes emotion. Favorite movies are Amelie and Life Aqautic, recently watched Inglorious Bastards, great movie. I like reading Junior fiction for fun but I generally listen to books on CD like " The Soil with Save Us" and other informational books. Have listened to " The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy" many a time as well.

Climbed Traditional Climbing in Joshua Tree. Pretty much all the climbs I have done from California to Oregon feel amazing to me, climbing is a ballsy sport.

I love teaching people about sustainable land management. I have recently been learning so many good things about soil health and am going to be learning a lot about permaculture design, that I love to talk to people about gardening and ways we can benefit ourselves, our community our lakes, rivers and oceans.
