My name is Ashley. I'm 24 years old and a native Floridian. I love traveling (obviously) and I enjoy learning new things, seeing new places, and meeting new people. I want to see as much of the world as I can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm really looking forward to the opportunity to be able to meet people from different countries and gain more from my travels than I would from staying in a hotel. I think it'll be a great experience to be able to do that and to return the favor for fellow travelers once I've got my own place.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am currently very much into alt/indie rock but overall, I have a pretty eclectic taste in music. I'll listen to nearly anything :)

As for books and movies, I'm really big into sci-fi/action (Ender's Game, Star Wars, Star Trek, pretty much anything with superheroes) as well as realistic fiction and historical fiction (The Fault in Our Stars, anything else by John Green, The Other Boleyn Girl, A Land Remembered, etc.) and stuff that just makes you think (The Ashwater Experiment, Hoot).
