Originally from Missouri, I didn't leave the continental United States until after I was 18. But since then, I've discovered a true love for travel--and I haven't been home for longer than a couple months since. I enjoy meeting new people, exploring new towns or cities, and especially discovering the beauty of nature.

Current adventure: getting my Master's degree in London.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What I love most about travelling is getting to experience the authentic side of a new location. I don't particularly like tourist traps (unless I think they're worth it!). Couchsurfing gives me the opportunity to meet residents and experience a destination more wholly--not just scratch the surface by running through a touristy "to-do" list I found on the internet.
