I enjoy outdoor adventures, like hiking and paddle boarding. I am somewhat of an introvert, but I enjoy meeting and learning about new people. I like to read, but it has been a while since I have picked up anything but a textbook. I am a small town girl, but city life is definitely entertaining.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because a good friend of mine has told me about some of her experiences and it sounded like great way to meet new people. I'd also like to travel more and Couchsurfing would be an exciting and convenient way of doing so. I don't need much more than a roof over my head for the night anyway. I have an intense desire to travel the world, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Hopefully this will be the start for me. Our world is so big and so diverse I just feel like I won't know anything about life until I can experience more of it. Right now I am just a surfer as I am still a college student and don't have a place of my own--hopefully some day though!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So far one of the most amazing things I've done is skydiving in San Diego, CA. It's probably cliché to say but it was really so amazing. That initial fall out of the plane gave me such a crazy amazing feeling in my chest. The scenery from so high was beautiful to look at as well. I've only been skydiving once but I definitely plan to go again.
