I'm new to CS so my story is just beginning -- I am taking my first international AND solo trip this summer and hoping to find some awesome hosts who can give me some tips!

From August 12-28, I will be visiting Sweden, Norway and Denmark and I've never been more excited for anything in my life. Would love to chat about my plans and find out who might be able to squeeze me in!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've long been a fan of sharing. Thoughts, resources, stories, etc. I did a lot of ridesharing in college because it made more sense to me to offer my ride to others in need, and I've always been fascinated by the stories you share and the people you meet. I feel like there is a certain personality that is attracted to the sharing community; those who love to travel, find themselves experiencing new things, and having a certain trust in the world knowing humanity and hospitality aren't lost. I've heard so many amazing stories and have been inspired to travel ever since, but never felt like I had the resources to do so (until now!) To think that I've met so many beautiful, kind souls during a 5-hour ride has my mind going in circles thinking about who I have yet to meet traveling the world.

I traveled to Mexico in high school on a volunteer trip and helped build a home for a family there. That was pretty cool.
