My name is Ashley Virginia and I am a North Carolina based singer/songwriter. My musical style synthesizes an eclectic spread, somewhere between Indie-Folk, 70s Country cool, West Coast cosmic Americana, and 60s Rock n’ Roll.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For the month of April, I lived alone in a treehouse cabin just outside of Nashville, TN. I borrowed some recording equiptment from a friend, and I setup a studio in the treehouse. My objective while living there for a month was to practice recording, and follow my interest to improve upon my skills as a producer and sound engineer. In 30 days, I recorded 15 songs! I'm currently mixing and mastering those songs myself, honing in my skills as a producer. Who needs a fancy studio?

Happy to share about songwriting, facilitate a jam session, and share some of my general knowledge about music.
I play piano, guitar, tenor guitar, tenor banjo, ukulele, mountain dulcimer, and am newly learning the mandolin, bass, and drum kit.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm glad to help around the house with any cleaning that would be needed, and of course, I'll clean up after myself.
