ABOUT ME

We met through our exes and decided to date each other instead.

SERIOUSLY THOUGH:
ashley grew up in Eugene, Oregon two hours south of portland and studied Economics and business at the University of oregon; and shayan grew up in los gatos, california (hour south of san francisco)and studied architecture and business at the university of oregon..

our current mission is to just stay afloat in this shitty economy and figure out our lives while traveling as much as possible.

after her year in Korea, ashley visited shayan in Madrid for 2 weeks and then we went to Italy (Venice, Florence, Rome) in about a week and had an amazing time, ate like cows, met some very cool people, and laughed our faces off. Now Ashley's planning on moving to Madrid :)

PHILOSOPHY

Shayan: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" and "I can't go back to yesterday because I was a different person then"
Ashley: "Never take yourself too seriously" and "Dance like nobody's watching"

We are new to CS project, and are interested in meeting some fellow surfers!

We have never couchsurfed before, but are looking forward to trying it out :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Shayan: hiked Machu Picchu, saw the Northern Lights in Norway, and stood on the Silk Road in Iran

Ashley: rode an elephant in Thailand and visited Persepolis in Shiraz, Iran.
