ABOUT ME

I feel like life is so short, and want to take advantage of every opportunity. I want to travel as much as I can, while I can. I am outgoing and love meeting unique people in new places.

I was born in Frankfurt, Germany but have not been back as an adult. I do not remember ever living there as I was too young. I am a dual citizen of Germany and the Unites States. I've lived in Germany, Washington DC, Virginia, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Missouri. I am starting a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in August full time.

My fiance's name is Russ Williams and he is currently in pharmacy school. He graduates May 2013. He is very laid back and can keep people laughing. He has not traveled very much yet and has never been outside of North America but I hope to change that very soon!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I first created an account back in 2008 before I traveled to Ireland and Italy. But my travel partner would not participate in couch surfing so I never ended up using it. I am now engaged to a much more adventurous guy who is ready to try it out with me so I hope we meet lots of amazing people in our travels!
Living in Huntsville, Alabama, I do not get many (or any) couch surfing requests so there is not much opportunity to host surfers in my home town.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet! Hopefully i will have some in the next month.

I stay very busy. I am on a soccer team, softball team, and kickball team. I am also on my local alumni board. I am a huge fan of college football and basketball as well. I recently became a certified scuba diver and plan to go diving in St. John in October. I play piano (at an intermediate level). I think that pretty much covers it.

1. Hiking up to the top of Stromboli, the volcano island off of the coast in Southern Italy, and watching it erupt from above
2. Niagara Falls is always amazing and most of ireland is amazing
