Overview
About Me
I'm a Canadian girl, who spent 9 years traveling and working throughout Asia. A year ago I moved to the dampest place on Earth, Manchester (UK).
I like to focus my energy on collecting experiences as opposed to 'things' and would much rather spend my money on a trip to a foreign country than on a fancy new car.
As traveling is a major passion of mine, I spend a lot of my free-time planning out future adventures. Someday I hope to travel through South America, especially Argentina. Something about that culture just speaks to me... not to mention, they make fantastic wine!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined the couch surfing community because it provides loads of opportunities to connect with new and interesting people from all over the globe.
I look forward to meeting like-minded people who want to contribute to the common good rather than take for personal gain.
Couch surfing is not a FREE version of Airbnb, nor is it a place for searching out international hook-ups. Please DON'T message me with requests for a free place to stay because you have a job interview or just need a place to throw down your bags for a few days.
Please DO message me if you feel we share some things in common or if you genuinely want to explore the city with your host.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I learned how to fire dance after spending two weeks at a circus camp in northern Thailand. This may not seem a particularly useful skill, although I'm confident it will come in handy at some point in the future. ^^
