About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel, meet new people, experience new cultures, find the common bonds that link all of us and have an amazing time doing it.

PHILOSOPHY

How do I know, it keeps changing!! To have one personal philosophy is perhaps to close yourself off from other philosophies. So I guess my main philosophy has been to be open, to enjoy life and learn along the way. At the very present moment my philosophy is something along the lines of: Find truth and beauty and the truth in beauty and the beauty in truth. My search is made up of these two things. One can find beauty in the most unexpected of places and one finds truth in the recognition of finding one´s beauty.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed with some people in Germany and Spain. I have also used it to network in Korea. I have not hosted in Korea, but this is due to my apartment being tiny.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can´t answer this question. How does one begin to go about answering such a question? Do I comment upon the beauty of watching a particular sun set, or the feeling that comes from being in love? Do I share an experience from travelling like scuba diving on the great barrier reef, or cycling for three weeks around the Norwegian Fjords? I have seen and done so many amazing things and continue to do so everyday, I can´t pick one, they´re all amazing in their own right.

Teach, Learn, Share

Hmmm...well practical skills are a bit lacking I must say. I can play some fairly basic guitar, but think most people would be teaching me rather than the other way round! I can help share English and also speak Danish so can help with that perhaps. I´m pretty good with computers and am always helping friends/family with their computer problems.

I´ve just finished a degree in Business Economics and taken some units in politics so I can share my knowledge on these subjects, but note that I am quite a green person so my take on economics/business is likely to be a critical one. But hey that can help empower people to have a deeper understanding of what they feel and give them the confidence to be critical of an area most people daren´t comment upon.

I can share my philosophy on life, I can share my experiences and the places I´ve been. I can share my wisdom that I´ve picked up along the journey and I can share much about myself. I´m very open and love exchange in all its forms, but especially exchanges of laughter, knowledge and ideas.
