CURRENT MISSION
Traveling for the winter!
ABOUT ME
IF YOU ARE GOING TO SEND ME A REQUEST, READ THIS MESS. Haha please. This is not meant to be a business deal, but rather a chance to meet other adventurous souls, share stories and learn about new cultures or traditions.
But me? Um, In all honesty, I'm pretty weird. My mind regularly consists of absurdly abstract thoughts, and while I am perfectly content with that, others may find me a little "out there." I could try and explain this further, but I will leave it for you to find out.
PHILOSOPHY
I enjoy people who live a very laid back lifestyle, and I believe this website attracts a great number of those individuals. Life is meant to be lived to the fullest, but never taken too seriously. The ending is the same for all of us on this earth, and we have such little time. Make the best of the time you have here by worrying less and smiling more.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My trip to Sweden for the winter of 2013/14 will be my first Couchsurfing experience. As soon as I return home to Orange County, I look forward to opening my home to surfers from around the world.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have met some of the most incredible people along this journey so far, and some of them I am sure will be friends of mine for many years to come. I think this website truly brings together a group of individuals who are interested in learning more about the world and the awesome people living in it.
Interests
SNOWBOARDING, without a doubt the most fun you can have on a day off.
I also enjoy almost anything related to the outdoors and exploring this crazy planet. Rock climbing, camping, cliff jumping, etc.
I love to cook for others, as well as discover different cuisines from other countries. Food is a pretty great example of just how different cultures are.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books?
I have read each Harry Potter book at least 5 times.
No shame, no apologies. I am a full on HP nerd.
If you would like to discuss the wizarding world at any time, feel free. Annnnnd, sometimes I read crime/thriller books and try to read any controversial book that challenges the norms.
Music?
As cliche as it sounds, I listen to virtually everything. I love to meet people who are passionate about a certain genre however, and you are more than welcome to jam out in my presence.
Movies?
Once again, no real favorite here. I feel as though I am either watching a psychologically mind blowing documentary that even a college professor couldn't explain, or a late night comedy that only a stoned 16 year old male should find funny. Either way, I enjoy both. Along with scary movies, action, and the occasional drama.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Visiting and getting to experience the views in Maui, Hawaii was the most amazing 2 weeks I can remember.
Living in Sweden for 3 months changed my life drastically. I found a new home, new friends and most of all some of the greatest memories to date.
Teach, Learn, Share
If there is snow within a reasonable distance, I will do the best I can to take time off and snowboard with you. No exceptions haha.
I can share my bartending/ drink mixing skills with anyone who would like to either learn how to make them, or simply try them.
I really would love to go on any sort of "backpacking/hiking adventures" whether I am hosting or surfing.
