ABOUT ME

I've been living in Nashville for about 6 years. So far I have been lucky to have had the chance to work and live in some of the greatest cities to work as a community organizer in Nashville, TN, Washington, DC, and London. I work by myself now in Nashville and spend entirely too much time in front of my computer and away from human interaction. I'm always trying to get to know new people!

My fiance and I host as much as possible in Nashville and are hoping to get the time to travel more soon!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Loved getting to know the CS community while living in DC a few summers ago. I had a great time doing dining groups, couchcrash weekend parties, meeting up with fantastic CS friends, and not to mention surfing and hosting while in DC (not as much hosting though since I was living in a bit of a hovel). I also had a chance to meet up with some great travellers while living in London. We have hosted several travelers at our apartment in Nashville and so far that has been such a great experience.

I enjoy reading and hanging out with friends. My fiance and I go to the movies often and enjoy pretending to be highly regarded movie critics.

I like listening to hip-hop, R&B, soul, bluegrass, spoken word, and all types of podcasts. I'm always a sucker for a good chick flick or politically-inspired documentary, depending on the speed of my brain functioning that day.

Last night I witnessed a miracle. You can make banana ice cream by freezing bananas and putting them in the blender. That's right, only 1 ingredient. I'm gonna throw in some peanut butter and nutella next time to make it a delicacy.
