ABOUT ME

I am a student of life. I am always learning, sharing, and changing, which can be a bit scary for some, but I think that may be one of the best things about life.

I am an independent woman. Supporting myself and all the activities and travel I do. My family and friends aren't quite sure how I do it, and sometimes neither do I, but what is meant to be will be.

There are few things that I can count on in this world. The first is the sun. It is my energy source. I bask in all its glory.
The second is dance. It is an outlet and an inlet to the soul. I enjoy learning and performing, as well as researching and writing about the meaning and experience of various forms.
The third is water. Besides it being my favorite drink, it provides me with the weightlessness of being completely free, while still positioned here on earth.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have opened my home to couchsurfers and now I hope that someone will do the same for me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had an amazing experience hosting couchsurfers.

One of the best surfing experiences was when my roommate and I rented a car and took a couchsurfer down to Mexico for the day! We traveled through 4 cities, sun bathed and drank cervezas on the beach, had fish tacos for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and hung out with the locals. One of the greatest roadtrips!

Now, I'm looking to couchsurf myself around the world!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At the age of 21 I bought a one-way ticket to Los Angeles,CA and moved there with only two suitcases and the clothes on my back.

At the age of 30 I decided to fulfill my dream of long-term traveling and therefore reduced my life to the pack I carry on my back and set off on living life!
