I really enjoy having fun, not taking anything too seriously. I'm also pretty curious and love to learn. I appreciate philosophical and political conversations of all sorts, and maybe even moreso after a few drinks! Originally from California, now I live in Toronto, Canada where I am pursuing a PhD in Social Psychology. I'm studying intergroup relations and would love to talk about it...or not! I deeply care about social justice issues and am heavily involved with an organization that works to promote the application of psychology research to social issues. I'm pretty equally extroverted and introverted but I really enjoy meeting new people and having thoughtful interactions. I also find solace in the arts, especially dance! I used to be a ballerina and currently participate mostly in ecstatic/contact dance and hip-hop, but really up to try any dancing I can slip into.

I try to travel over all of my breaks from school to help satisfy my need for spontaneity as best as possible. When not traveling I love to meet fellow travelers and show them around my area!
