Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As Mark Twain once said, “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime.”

Interests

Other than a love for travel, I enjoy coffee and good food. Dogs make me really happy and I love working with kids. I also enjoy hiking, reading, taking photos of people, and attempting to cook. I recently bought a ukulele and have been teaching myself to play - thanks, Youtube.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really enjoy reading and I usually alternate between fiction and some kind of self-help or inspirational book.

I love all kinds of music.

I prefer TV series over movies, and some of my favorites include New Girl, Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad & Narcos.
