Books-- currently reading The Mushroom at the End of the World, about matsutake mushroom harvesting in human-disturbed pine forests and what this can teach us about capitalism and human interdependence! I love books like this that cut across disciplines and combine many different approaches to understanding the world.

Successfully navigated a lost group of backpackers out of the rugged Chiricahua Wilderness in Arizona! The sun was going down and we couldn't find the trail, but I stayed calm and led our bushwhacking troupe through a ravine towards running water and eventually the car.
