ABOUT ME

Just a typical guy who likes to travel and meet with people. I used to be quite shy when I was younger, but somehow this changed and I want to know and touch the life of as many people as I can while I am still alive.
My love of travel and international experience took me to Tokyo, where I was able to get transfered and still enjoy the job that I like. I would like to use this time in Tokyo to explore Japan, neighboring Asian countries, and make as many new friends as I can.

PHILOSOPHY

How can a human be be at peace with everything that happens outside him/her and with everything that makes him/her who they are.
Trying to figure out what connects us all together, what is common, what is different and how one can improve oneself, one little step each single day.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to meet fellow couchserfers living in or visiting Japan, where I am currently living. No chance to host couchserfers at my home now unfortunately, but let us at least meet for coffee or a meal!
I also frequently travel inside and outside Japan on business and would like my trips to be more meaningful by connecting with local couchserfers.

Music: classical, classical guitar, jazz guitar, jpop (recently, somewhat).
Books: Alchemist, way of the peaceful warrior, adventure stories from real life
Movies: I like movies that portray the beauty of nature and people, inside and out.
